Pinterest is always my savior when i have zero inspiraton to cooking. Like this creation! A Spicy Buddha Bowl. If you look up buddha bowl on the urban dictionary it says "a bowl which is packed so full that it has a rounded ‘belly’ appearance on the top much like the belly of a buddha." and indeed it was packed! Anyways, this was incredibly satisfying and delicious i could literally eat it everyday for the rest of my life. In this buddha bowl i had rice, sweet potato, roasted chickpeas, veggies and a spicy curry sauce made out of Oatlys iMat Fraiche(vegan sour cream). It's really worth a try!
